The role and you? 

As our Senior Performance Specialist, you’re down to do more than just load and optimise campaigns. With a sharp eye for strategy and a knack for execution, you’ll guide clients, creatives, and strategists using data-led decisions that drive results across always-on and ad-hoc paid campaigns.

Google and social are your bread and butter, but you’re a big thinker and see the whole digital ecosystem. You understand the broader digital ecosystem, how SEO, programmatic, creative and content all come together to drive results and you’re comfortable collaborating across teams and budgets to make it happen.

You’ll be executing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns for known retail, automotive, and shopping centre clients, working alongside elite marketing managers at a national level. But you’re not tackling this big-brand energy alone—your fellow comrades are right there with you, helping you steer the ship toward the kind of results performance marketers live for.

Beyond execution, you’re a great communicator with good follow-through. Whether it’s briefing, pitching, or breaking down performance strategy, you make complex insights clear and actionable, nailing your role accountabilities and delivering your piece of the digital pie.

At your core, you thrive on collaboration, value comradery, and love being in a space where big ideas and bold moves are always on the table.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table: 

  • You’ll have 5+ years within a similar digital marketing/media role and account management. 
  • You’re no stranger to deciphering a brief, scoping and strategy, digital campaign set-up, budget pacing, optimisation, and reporting across all key performance channels.
  • You’ve got well defined commercial acumen and you can confidently have meaningful, strategic conversations with clients. 
  • You’re strongest across Google Ads and Meta, but you’ve played around in YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and a bit of Pinterest, too. 
  • You’re super comfortable with knowing how performance campaigns fit into the broader marketing strategy, and you know what levers to push and pull to ensure it connects.
  • Excel is your jam and you’re a *bloody* whiz in the full google marketing suite (hello GA-4 and conversion tracking). 
  • You can hold your own internally and externally, and being able to prioritise and manage your deadlines; And 
  • You’ve got a growth mindset, and you lean into things that peak your curiosity and challenge you.
