So, who are the good folk at Comradery Collective?
The newly formed team at Comradery Collective are on a mission to supercharge brands on their journey to success!
They’re not here to just get wins under their belt. Oh no, these guys have a vision to be an agency recognised for the transformative success they bring to others.
This mighty team is all about leveraging the power of quality work, pushing the boundaries with visionary tactics, treating their partners with ample respect, and executing attainable and long lasting digital strategies that yield success.
Comradery is a collective of elite marketers who love thinking big while keepin’ it real, and are down for creating meaningful connections both on and offline.
And this role?
This is their first Performance Marketing hire, so you’ll be the champion & pioneer, setting the bar high for the team. The view will be to form a crew of other experts around you over time, and they’ll be hoping you can play a big part in what this all looks like.
Your clients will be from eCommerce, retail, publishers and precincts and SO. MUCH. MORE. The budgets will be varied and you’ll be the go-to person for everything performance related. You’ll have support in managing clients when needed, but we’d love you to have the confidence and ability to be able to have the hard conversations with them when needed, and navigate challenging campaign problems with a real sense of commercial confidence.
And you?
You’re a Performance Marketer who gets buzzed when it comes to seeing growth for your clients. You’re invested in their success. And you’ve got a growth mindset, seeing campaign fluctuations in your client results as a way to dive deep and holistically solve the problem in a meaningful, yet tactical way.
Oh, and you play well on a team too. You can discuss in-depth performance strategies with other #teamies in the marketing department, and you understand how it all connects to a broader marketing strategy.
You’re also comfortable working well solo. You obviously thrive working in a team of other performance marketing people, but you’re happy to fly the flag.
Also, we’d like you to have a few good years of agency experience in performance up your sleeve, and being right across Google + Social. And on top of that, we’d like you to be confident in taking a client brief, being happy to come along to client meetings and acting as the subject matter expert in discussing a performance marketing strategy, and what it might mean to a client.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- You’re tech savvy and you can duck & weave your way around all of the cool performance-centric tools on the daily;
- You’ve got well defined commercial acumen and you can confidently have meaningful, strategic conversations with clients;
- You’ll have 3+ years within a similar digital marketing/media role and are familiar with digital campaign set-up, management, optimisation, and reporting across all key performance channels. (Mostly, you’re strongest across Google Ads and Meta, but you’ve played around in YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and a bit of Pinterest, too);
- You’re confident in analysing data and synthesising it into an array of reporting formats, and then, you’re able to clearly articulate it to clients in a way you’ll know they’ll understand;
- You’re super comfortable with knowing how a performance campaigns fit into the broader marketing strategy, and you know what levers to push and pull to ensure it connects;
- You’re no stranger in doing cool stuff in Excel, and you’re a *bloody* whiz in GA, too;
- You’re confident in holding your own with other internal stakeholders, and being able to prioritise and manage your deadlines; And
- You’ve got a growth mindset, and you lean into things that challenge you because you’re someone who’s keen to keep wanting to develop and grow!
Here’s what you’ll love about being on the Comradery team:
- Flexible work hours;
- Hybrid working (2 days at home, 3 days in the office);
- Telling the stories of elite brands that will give your resume some serious weight;
- Working alongside fellow elite marketers, client side, internally and some kick ass suppliers;
- Being apart of a growing agency that’s really going places; And
- Milton office location, near the train station.
- The salary of $100k plus super will be provided to the suitable candidate based on their digital skills, experience, and credentials.
#WerkPerks:
- One wellness day a quarter;
- You’ll get to work with a team that’s all about balancing work and family. And, there’s a supportive structure in place around things like maternity/parental leave, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond;
- Yearly budget for training and up-skilling;
- 2 hours paid per month for self learning time;
- Sweet tech [NEW Mac];
- You get to help choose the tech and platforms you like, to help do your work thang; And
- A welcome budget of $200 to pimp out your desk!
